La caractéristique imprimer en PDF de Windows 10
Un document PDF est un excellent
format pour sauvegarder des choses qu'on ne veut pas nécessairement sauvegarder
dans son format original. Une recette,
par exemple, avec ses images et son format en points peut être complexe à
reproduire en format Word. La sauvegarde
en format PDF crée une copie conforme.
Windows 10 offre finalement de
sauvegarder en format PDF par l'entremise de la fonction imprimer. N'importe quel application qui permet
d'imprimer peut créer un fichier PDF.
Vous n'avez qu'a accéder la fonction imprimer d'une application Windows
standard ou d'une application du Windows Store et sélectionner l'option
Microsoft Print to PDF.
Lorsque vous choisissez l'option Microsoft
Print to PDF en utilisant une application Windows standard, vous verrez la
boite de dialogue de sauvegarde normale pour sauvegarder le fichier. Vous serez invité à entrer un nom de fichier
alors que le format de fichier indiquera Document PDF. Vous pouvez mëme sauvegarder des photos en
format PDF.
Lorsque vous serez dans une
application du Windows Store, le fichier sera automatiquement sauvegardé dans
le dossier Documents et vous verrez apparaitre une boite au bas de l'écran
indiquant que le fichier à été sauvegardé.
Cette caractéristique aurais du
faire partie de versions précédentes de Windows, mais je suis heureux que nous
l'avons finalement. Imaginez tous les
documents que vous avez dans différents formats que vous pouvez maintenant
partager avec tout le monde en utilisant l'impression en format PDF.

PDF
documents are a great format for saving things that you don't necessarily want
to save in their native format. A recipe
for example with its images and point format can get tricky when you try to
reproduce them in Word. Saving it in PDF
format creates an exact reproduction.
Windows
10 finally offers to save in PDF format through the print feature. Any program that can print can create a PDF
instead. You just access the Print
dialog box from a standard Windows application or a Windows Store app and
select the Microsoft Print to PDF option.
When you
choose the Microsoft Print to PDF option using a standard Windows application,
you will get the normal save to dialog box to save the file. You are prompted to type a file name while
the file format indicates PDF Document.
You can even save pictures in PDF format.
When printing from a Windows Store app, the file will automatically be saved to the Documents folder, and you'll see a pop-up at the bottom of the screen when it's complete.
This
feature should have been part of previous Windows versions, but I'm glad we
finally have it. Imagine all the
documents you have in different formats that you can now share with everyone
using print to PDF.
