d'écran pour IOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows et MAC
Nous devrions tous savoir comment exécuter
une capture d'écran (screenshot). Ça
facilite la tâche à la personne qui tente de nous dépanner avec un problème
d’ordi. Ça peut aussi nous permettre
d'imprimer une page dans une application qui n'offre pas l'impression comme un
SMS.
Une capture d'écran peut être prise
à partir de n'importe quel appareil utilisant n’importe quel système
d'exploitation. Voici quelques trucs qui
vous guideront :
IOS
Avec iPhone, iPad, ou iPod Touch de
Apple, il n`y a qu'une façon de faire.
Tenir la touche Pomme (sur le
dessus ou le côté de l'appareil selon le modèle) puis cliquer sur la touche d'accueil. Vous entendrez un click et verrez un flash,
la capture d'écran apparaitra dans Photos.
Android
Android, le système d'exploitation Google
pour téléphone intelligent et tablette, possède aussi une fonction capture
d'écran. Tenez la touche Accueil et la touche Allumage en même temps. La capture d'écran paraitra dans votre
collection de photos. Puisque Google n'exerce
pas un contrôle aussi strict qu’Apple, il est possible que ça ne fonctionne
pas. Vous pouvez aussi appuyer la touche
Allumage et la touche pour baisser le volume simultanément. Si ni l'un ni l'autre ne fonctionne, vous
devrez vous munir d'une application de capture d'écran. Au moins, les utilisateurs d'Android ont une
option d'applications alors que les utilisateurs d’IOS n'en ont pas. Il existe plusieurs applications, certaines gratuites,
d'autres payantes. La plus populaire, Screenshot Easy utilise des déclencheurs de base Android, ou vous pouvez
en créer un vous-même tel que secouer l'appareil.
Windows Phone
Windows
Phone 8 rend la tâche aussi facile que les autres, Appuyez la touche Accueil et la touche Allumage
en même temps. Les captures d'écran
vont dans le répertoire de photos sous Captures d'écran. Les téléphones Windows 7 ne permettent pas la
capture d'écran à moins que le téléphone soit déverrouillé.
Blackberry
Sur les plus récents modèles Blackberry, appuyez Volume
+ et Volume – simultanément : l'appareil fera un clic et la
capture d'écran se trouvera dans le répertoire Caméra. Ouvrez le gestionnaire de fichiers pour le
retrouver. Si ça ne fonctionne pas,

Captures
d'écran sur PC
Windows
La
façon la plus simple d’exécuter une capture d'écran est d'appuyer la touche Impécr (Impression d'écran). Vous penserez qu'il ne s'est rien passé, mais
Windows a capturé tout ce qui se trouve sur votre ou vos écrans, si vous
utilisez plus qu'un moniteur. Pour voir
la capture d'écran, appuyez Ctrl-V
pour coller l'image dans Word, Paint ou tout autre éditeur d'image.
Le
problème avec cette méthode est que vous capturez tout ce qu'il y a à
l'écran. Pour préciser le tir, placez
une fenêtre en avant-plan et appuyez Alt-Impécr. Vous aurez l'impression qu'il ne s'est rien
passé mais en réalité, Windows n'a capturé que la fenêtre active.
Une
autre option offerte depuis Windows Vista s'appelle Outil Capture. Il permet de
capturer uniquement la section désirée sous forme de rectangle, main-libre,
fenêtre ou écran complet. Outil Capture
vous montre le résultat instantanément pour que vous puissiez le sauvegarder,
le copier, l'acheminer par courriel, y ajouter des notes ou surligner certaines
sections.
MAC
Pour
capturer un écran complet, appuyer Command+Shift+3 (les trois touches en
même temps). Un fichier .PNG apparaitra sur le bureau. Si vous n’en voulez qu'une partie, appuyez Command+Shift+4,
qui transforme le curseur en forme de croix.
Utilisez-le pour cliquer et sélectionner. Ou appuyez sur la barre d'espace et le
curseur se transforme en caméra - cliquez sur n'importe quelle fenêtre pour la
mettre en surbrillance. Cliquez et
uniquement cette fenêtre sera capturée.
Command+Control+Shift+3 capture tout ce
qu’il y a sur l'écran comme dans Windows, et Command+Control+Shift+4 capture uniquement la section désirée. Utilisez Ctrl-V
pour coller l'image dans n'importe quelle application. Le fichier PNG peut être assez volumineux si
vous avez un écran Rétina (5 à 7 mégabytes).
Pour changer le format à JPG ou un autre format, vous devez ouvrir une
fenêtre terminal sur le MAC en question et taper:
defaults write com.apple.screencapture type jpg
Apple
offre aussi la fonction Grab dans le
dossier Applications>Utilitaires.
Grab ne capture qu'en format TIFF.
Il offre aussi une minuterie qui permet de capturer des sous-menus.
Alors voilà, vous êtes maintenant prêts à exécuter des
captures d'écran sur tous vos appareils.
Un dernier mot :
La touche Imprécr peut aussi porter l’inscription anglaise Print
Scr, PrtScn, PRTSC, PRTSCN, ou autre abréviation.
Certains
portables et appareils mobiles ne possèdent pas de touche Imprécr, mais vous
pouvez utiliser des combinaisons de touches, FN+Insertion par exemple, pour
exécuter une capture d’écran. Pour plus de précisions, reportez-vous au manuel

Taking screenshots for IOS, Android,
Blackberry, Windows and MAC
Everyone
should know how to take a screenshot. Providing
a screenshot makes it easier for someone helping out with a problem to understand
exactly what you mean. A screenshot also
replaces a print page command in an application that doesn't offer print, like
SMS.
A screen
shot can be taken from any device using any operating system. Here are a few tricks that will guide you
through the process of taking screenshots:
IOS
With
Apple's iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, there's only one way of taking a
screenshot. Hold the Sleep/Wake key (at top or on the right side of the
device, depending on the model) and click
the Home key. You'll hear a clicking sound and see a flash,
the screenshot will appear as an image in your Camera Roll.
Android
Android is
Google's smartphone and tablet operating system. It also has a built-in screen capture
feature. Hold the Home and
Power keys at the same time. The
screenshot will appear in your Photo Gallery.
Since Google doesn't have as strict control over the operating system as
Apple does, that might not always work. In
that case, try holding the power key and
the volume down key to achieve the
same result. If neither works, you will need
to resort to a screen capture application.
At least Android users have an app option, IOS users don't. There are tons of screen capture apps to
choose from, some are free, some are paid. The top rated app, Screenshot Easy uses basic triggers from Android or you can customize it
and take a screenshot just by shaking the device.
Windows Phone
Windows Phone 8 makes it as easy as
the others, press and hold the Start and Power keys. Screenshots
go right into the Photo Hub in an album marked Screenshots. A Windows 7 phone won't allow you take a
screenshot without it being unlocked.
Blackberry
With the latest
Blackberry device, press the Volume Up and Volume Down keys
simultaneously; the device will click and the screenshot will go to your Camera
folder. Open File Manager to find it. If that doesn't work, download CaptureIT OTA
which explains how to change certain permissions and you should be good to go.
Screenshots on a PC
Windows
The easiest way to take a screenshot
is by using the PrtScn (PrintScreen) key.
You will think that nothing happened, but Windows just captured
everything on your screen or screens if you are using more than one
monitor. To review the screenshot, press
Ctrl-V to paste the image in a Word document, in Paint or any other image
editing program.
The only problem with this method is
that it takes a shot of everything. To
narrow things down, put the focus on a specific window and press
Alt-PrtScn. It will seem that nothing
happened but in fact only the window in focus was captured.
Another built-in feature is the Snipping Tool. It's been
available since Vista and it allows you to grab just the area you want in
rectangle or free-form, select window, or the entire screen. Snipping Tool shows you the result instantly
so you can save, copy, email, annotate or highlight sections of it.
MAC
To capture the entire
screen, tap Command+Shift+3
(all three keys at once). A .PNG image file of the screen will appear on your
desktop. If you only want part of that, tap Command+Shift+4, which
turns the cursor into a crosshair. Use that to click and select the section of
the screen you want to capture. You can also press the space bar and the cursor
turns into a camera—click on any open window to highlight, click and just the
window itself is captured. Command+Control+Shift+3
will capture the entire screen to the clipboard like Windows or Command+Control+Shift+4
for just a section. Use Ctrl-V to paste
it into any app. The saved PNG file can
be huge if you have a Retina screen (5 to 7 megabytes). To change the format to .jpg or other format,
you need to open a terminal
window and type:
defaults
write com.apple.screencapture type jpg
Apple also includes Grab in its Applications>Utilities
folders. Grab only captures in .tiff
format. It also has a timer so you can
capture drop down menus.
You are now
all set to take screen captures when you need them.
A final note:
The PrintScreen key may appear as : Print Scr, PrtScn,
PRTSC, PRTSCN, or other abbreviation.
Laptops and mobile devices often lack a PrtScn key, but you
can use other key combinations, such as FN+Insert, to capture a screenshot.
Check the instructions that came with your laptop or device for specifics.
